Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with GuapFien. We offer two types of products  Pre-Orders and Pre-Made (On-Hand)  and each follows a different processing timeline. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Pre-Orders (Made to Order)

Pre-order items are not in stock and are created specifically for you after purchase. These pieces are part of limited drops or early access releases.

  • Production Time: Please allow up to 2 weeks (14 business days) for production.

  • Shipping Time: Once your order is complete, shipping typically takes an additional 3–7 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery: Total time from order to delivery may take up to 3 weeks.

Note: If your order includes both pre-order and pre-made items, they may ship separately.

📦Pre-Made (On-Hand) Items

Pre-made items are in stock and ready to ship. These are usually limited in quantity and ship out faster.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Faster Fulfillment: These items ship sooner than pre-orders.

Tracking & Delivery

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

  • Please double-check your shipping address. GuapFien is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect information at checkout.

  • Once marked “Delivered” by the carrier, the package is considered fulfilled.

Important Notes

  • Shipping times may vary during high-volume releases or holidays.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs.
