No Refunds

All sales with GuapFien are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
We strongly encourage customers to review their orders carefully  including sizing, color, and shipping information  before completing a purchase.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the following cases:

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Guapfeins@gmail. Photo evidence of the damage or defect may be required.

• Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make sure the correct item is sent to you.
